The EXTERNAL function is designed for professionals and allows management of ingredients that are not physically present in the machine. Connection doses high-value or alcoholic ingredients, while lower-cost, non-alcoholic, or special ingredients are added manually.

This function expands the number of makeable cocktails while preserving cost control and service quality.

With Connection 10, the EXTERNAL function can expand the menu from 15 complete cocktails to 33 cocktails finished with external ingredients.
