Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Connection, you are the main point of contact for venues and partners requesting support. You will coordinate diagnostics, schedule interventions, and keep communication clear from first report to resolution.

Full-Time Scandicci, IT $22-$30 per hour + commission

Responsibilities

  • Gather issue details and qualify support requests
  • Create clear service summaries for technical staff
  • Coordinate scheduling with field and remote support teams
  • Provide status updates until resolution is complete

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing support or service coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organized approach to multi-ticket workflows
  • Comfortable with CRM/helpdesk tools
